TOMATO SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    6 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into small cubes
    2 basil sprigs, chopped
    3 garlic, minced
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon sugar
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

In a large skillet place tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until tomato is cooked.

Correct seasoning.
