PARSLEY SAUCE
Ingredients :
1 cup parsley leaves
˝ cup olive oil
4
ají amarillo fresco / fresh yellow aji (chili)
washed, seeded and deveined.
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Blend or process parsley leaves with olive oil and aji.
Add salt. Mixture must be creamy.
Serve with: potatoes, meats or fish.
