ONION SAUCE

Ingredients :

1 medium size onion

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

½ teaspoon cilantro, very finely chopped

½ teaspoon key lime juice

Salt

Pepper

Preparation:

Cut onion julienne style and wash well in water.

Combine onion with rest of ingredients.
