HAM LOAF   
  Ingredients :
    4 hardboiled eggs, diced
    8 oz (225 g - 1 cup) ham, diced
    6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    ¾ cup milk (evaporated if possible)
    5 eggs
    ¾ teaspoon cornstarch diluted in 4 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoon melted butter
    ½ cup broccoli, cooked and diced
    Salt r
    Pepper
    5 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons minced parsley

  Preparation:

Beat eggs slightly and stir in milk.

Add ham, boiled eggs, parmesan cheese, diluted cornstarch in 4 tablespoons water, melted butter, salt and pepper.

Transfer mixture to a buttered loaf pan (22 x 11 x 6 cm / 11 x 5 ½ x 3 inches).

Bake in pre-heated oven 350° F (180° C), for 25 minutes approximately.

Melt 5 tablespoons butter, add a few lemon drops and minced parsley.

Unmold loaf, and cover with melted butter.
