ALFREDO SAUCE FOR PASTA
Ingredients :
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ lb (120 g) chopped ham
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add ham, whipping cream, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Toss pasta with sauce and serve. Top with rest of parmesan cheese.
Yields: 2 cups sauce
