HONEY AND LEMON BAKED CHICKEN WINGS   
  Ingredients :
    2 lb (1 k) chicken wings
    3 tablespoons lemon rind
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 cup honey
    1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
    1 teaspoon soy sauce

  Preparation:

Rinse, cut and pat dry chicken wings. Cut off and discard wing tips.

Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken wings in this sauce for 2 to 3 hours.

Place chicken wings in a baking pan and bake in preheated oven 375 F - 190 C for 12 minutes.

Cover wings with marinade and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve immediately.
