SMOKED SALMON MOUSSE
Ingredients :
8 oz (227 g) soft cream cheese
7 oz (200 g) smoked salmon
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
4 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Drops of Worcestershire Sauce
Dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation:
Place garlic, onion, cream cheese and salmon in the processor. Process until a soft cream is obtained. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Line 2 one cup ramekins with plastic film and pour preparation. Cool in refrigerator until set. Remove plastic film and unmold ½ hour before serving. Garnish with dill.
Yields 2 cups approximately
