CREAM CHEESE MOLD WITH CURRY AND PECANS   
  Ingredients :
    16 oz (450 g) cream cheese at room temperature
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    3 tablespoons brandy
    ¾ cup green onion, chopped (white and green part)
    ½ cup pecans, chopped
    ½ cup raisins, chopped
    Salt
    Mango chutney, optional

  Preparation:

Combine or process all ingredients, except mango chutney. Season to taste.

Line ramekins with plastic wrap and pour mixture. Refrigerate.

Invert onto serving dish and remove wrap.

Cover, if desired, with mango chutney.

Serve with melba toasts or toasted pita bread triangles.
