HAM AND CILANTRO CHEESE MOLD
Ingredients :
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (2 tablespoons for softer consistency)
˝ lb (225 g) ham
ľ cup cilantro leaves
1 or 2
ají amarillo fresco / fresh yellow aji (chili)
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Process them until creamy consistency.
Season with salt and pepper.
Line 2 one-cup molds with plastic film.
Transfer mixture to molds. Cover with film.
Refrigerate and unmold.
Garnish with a cilantro leaf on top.
Serve with melba toasts or crackers.
Yields: 2 one-cup molds
