RED PEPPER, GREEN ONION AND CREAM CHEESE DIP
Ingredients :
1 package (8 oz ) cream cheese (225 g)
¼ cup mayonnaise, approximately
½ cup red peppers, blanched and chopped
3 tablespoons green onion, green part, finely chopped
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Place cream cheese with mayonnaise and process until soft. Fold in the red pepper and green onion. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving small bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers, melba toast or toasted pita bread triangles.
Yields: 1 ½ cup
