CREAM CHEESE, AJI AND CAPERS DIP
Ingredients :
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
5 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons aji limo/chili , seeded and deveined, finely chopped
2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
Salt
Preparation:
Combine milk and cream cheese in a small saucepan. Heat until soft, stirring.
Remove from heat and combine ají limo and capers. Season.Line 1 or 2 ramekins with aluminum foil or plastic film, pour cream and refrigerate until set. Unmold and remove film to serve.
Serve with white bread toasts or toasted pita wedges.
It can also be served at medium temperature, after microwaving it for 1 minute, with toasted pita wedges.
