CHICKEN IN SOY SAUCE
Ingredients :
8 chicken pieces
½ cup oil
½ tablespoon ground garlic
½ cup onion, minced
1 cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken until golden. Remove from skillet.
In the same fat sauté garlic and onion until golden.
Add soy sauce and water. Return chicken to skillet and bring to a boil. Cook until tender.
Serve with white rice, mashed potatoes or salad.
