COLD AVOCADO SOUP   
  Ingredients :
    1 cup heavy cream
    ¼ cup dry sherry
    2 medium size avocados, peeled and pitted.2 medium size avocados, peeled and pitted.
    4 cups chicken stock
    Salt
    Pepper
    Paprika

  Preparation:

Blend avocados with 2 cups of chicken stock. Combine with remaining stock, add sherry and season with salt and pepper.

Add heavy cream, reserving 2 teaspoons for decoration, correct seasoning and chill.

Serve in soup bowls. Garnish with drops of heavy cream and sprinkle some paprika on top.
