TIRADITO DE LENGUADO / Lemon garlic marinated fish   
  Ingredients :
    ¼ cup white vinegar
    1 lb 9 oz (700 g) sea bass or white fish (ready to use)
    1 ¼ cup olive oil
    10 garlic cloves
    3 ají limo / Chili (pitted and deveined)
    3 teaspoons salt
    ¼ teaspoon key lime juice
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    ¾ tablespoon parsley
    ½ cup corn kernels for decoration

  Preparation:

Wash and clean fish. Cut in thin slices.

Put rest of ingredients in blender and blend.

Place fish in a serving dish and cover with the sauce. Top with kernels.
