CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Ingredients :
1 ¾ cups (1 can) undiluted evaporated milk
6 tablespoon cocoa powder or 6 oz semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 ¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
Combine milk with sugar in a sauce pan.
Dissolve cocoa powder in ½ cup boiling water. Strain and pour into milk.
Cook at medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
If using chocolate, melt in a saucepan or on top of a double boiler and add to milk.
Yields: 2 cups
