CAULIFLOWER RUSSIAN STYLE   
  Ingredients :
    1 cauliflower, rinsed and cut in flowerets
    3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    Parsley, chopped
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Cook cauliflower in salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and arrange on a serving dish. Sprinkle chopped eggs over cauliflower.Heat oil and sauté garlic. Add parsley and stir.Add mixture over cauliflower and eggs.Serve.
