BROCCOLI IN CHEESE SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    1 pound (½ k) broccoli
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 ½ cup milk
    ½ cup Cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Cook, drain and chop broccoli. Put in a buttered casserole.

Mix rest of ingredients and pour over the broccoli. Set the casserole in a pan of hot water and bake at 325º F (165º C) until sauce is firm (about 35 minutes).
