MANGO COCKTAIL   
  Ingredients :
    4 oz (1/2 cup) light rum
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 ½ cup mango purée (about 2 mangos blended)
    ¾ teaspoon Cointreau
    ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 teaspoon lemon juice
    6 oz (¾ cup) club soda

  Preparation:

Whisk together the rum and the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Whisk to combine. Add ice cubes.

Serve.
