Ingredients :
    2 cups white rice
    Chicken bouillon, necessary to cook rice
    2/3 cups Brazil nuts
    cup angel hair pasta
    1/3 cup bacon, chopped
    cup raisins
    1 tablespoon ground curry


Prepare rice the usual way. Dilute curry powder in chicken bouillon and cook rice with it instead of using water.

Slice thinly the brazil nuts and toast them in the oven.

Cut angel hair in 1-inch (2 cm) pieces and toast in the oven.

Brown bacon until golden and crispy. Drain in paper towel to eliminate excess fat.

Soak raisins in water. Drain and chop.

Combine all ingredients with rice and serve.

Use as a side dish for meat and poultry.
        6 to 8 servings
