ANTIPASTO SKEWERS   
  Ingredients :
    16 pieces pickles and zucchini
    16 pimento-stuffed green olives
    16 pieces bocconcino (bite-size fresh mozzarella ball)
    16 small pieces of thinly sliced prosciutto

  Preparation:

Thread one piece of zucchini, olive, bocconccino and prosciutto onto each of sixteen 4-inch skewers.
