PITA CHIPS   
  Ingredients :
    1 package pita bread (white or whole bread)
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Salt
    Chopped oregano
    Thyme
    Rosemary
    Garlic (optional)

  Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 375° F
Cut pita bread in halves horizontally, then each half in quarters or 3 parts as to make triangles.
Mix olive oil with salt in a small bowl and add any other seasoning of your choice.
Place triangles in a single layer on a sheet pan and brush lightly with seasoned olive oil. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp.
Pair these chips with cheese, cold cuts, or your favorite dip.
