ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients :
Pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 orange approximately
Salt
Preparation:
Heat in a small saucepan oil and vinegar. Add orange juice and beat, while boiling, for 2 minutes. Cool to lukewarm.
Season to taste.
Yields: ¾ cup
