LUCUMA ICE CREAM FROM AREQUIPA   
  Ingredients :
    4 cups milk
    1 can condensed milk (1½ cups)
    1 ¾ cups undiluted evaporated milk
    2 cinnamon sticks
    3 ½ oz (100 g) shredded dry coconut
    4 cloves
    Ground cinnamon
    4 egg yolks
    1 k, 4 oz ( ½ k) lucuma pulp or dried lucuma

  Preparation:

Pour milk, cinnamon sticks, clove and shredded coconut in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool.
Blend cold milk with egg yolks, and lucuma pulp until well blended. Stir in condensed milk and mix well.
Transfer all to a rectangular mold and freeze for 7 hours. Unmold onto a serving dish and serve.
Dust over with ground cinnamon.
