PITA BREAD TOASTED TRIANGLES   
  Ingredients :
    Pita bread, white or wheat
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Optional: grated parmesan cheese, toasted sesame seeds, dry thyme, tarragon etc.

  Preparation:

Half pita bread horizontally to obtain 2 rounds. Cut each one in triangles and transfer them to an oven sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and bake in preheated moderate oven to 300°F/150°C until crisp.

Optional: Mix also with grated parmesan cheese, toasted sesame seeds, thyme, tarragon etc.
Serve along with dips, cream cheese speads, patés etc.
