PLUM VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients :
5 tablespoons plum marmelade
¼ cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Blend marmalade with vinegar and mustard. Add salt, onion and pepper. Emulsify with oil and refrigerate.
Yields: 1 ½ cup
