CHICKEN BURGERS   
  Ingredients :
    2.2 lb (1 k) ground meat
    2 -3 slices white bread
    4 tablespoons milk
    1 medium size onion, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley leaves
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    ¼ cup fresh yellow aji (chili), seeded and deveined, finely chopped (optional)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Dried bread crumbs
    Vegetable oil

  Preparation:

Place bread slices in a small bowl and pour milk to soak. Set aside.
Place remaining ingredients except the dry crumbs in a bowl and knead with your hand. Add soaked bread and mix well. Divide mixture into 8 to 10 equal parts.
Flour hands and form burgers with each part. Coat lightly with dry crumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry burgers on both sides until desired doneness.
 
        Yields: 8 – 10 chicken burgers
