QUICK PESTO SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    ¼ cup nuts or pecans, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
    ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 ½ cup fresh basil leaves
    2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Place nuts or pecans, garlic and olive oil in the blender. Blend or process for 2 minutes and then add the basil leaves, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Blend until a thick sauce is obtained.

Time for preparation: 10 minutes.
