Ingredients :
    4 chicken breasts fillets (2 whole chicken breasts), boneless
    6 – 8 large artichokes, cooked
    ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
    ¾ cup mayonnaise


Remove the soft edible part of each leaf with a spoon and chop the artichoke´s heart into small pieces. Place in a bowl and mix with parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Pat dry chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish. Cover chicken with the artichoke mixture. Bake in preheated oven to 375°F(190°C) for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is soft and tender.
