GRILLED POTATOES   
  Ingredients :
    2 lb 4 oz (1 k) white potatoes, with skin, cut into 1 in (1 ½ cm) slices or in wedges
    4 – 5 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Heat grill. Mix potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place them on the hot grill, cook and turn over frequently until done.
Remove and transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
Sprinkle chopped parsley.
 
        6 – 8 servings
