CAFE AU LAIT ICE CREAM   
  Ingredients :
    1/2 cup hot water
    4 teaspoons instant coffee
    2 cups whipping cream
    1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans (optional)

  Preparation:

Combine water and coffee in large bowl and stir until dissolved. Cool. Add whipping cream and condensed milk.
Beat, with mixer, until light and fluffy or until mixture will mound but not hold peaks.).
Fold in nuts, if desired. Spoon into 8-inch square baking pan or loaf pan. Cover.
Freeze 4 – 6 hours or until firm.
