CARROT MAYONNAISE   
  Ingredients :
    1.2 lb (1/2 k) cooked carrots
    Juice of 1 lemon
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Blend cooked carrots with the rest of the ingredients. Gradually add the cooking liquid while blending until the desired consistency is reached.
