RICE BRAZILIAN STYLE
Ingredients :
3 cups cooked rice
8 green onions, chopped
3 red peppers, seeded and deveined, diced
1 cup chopped nuts or pecans
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup, butter
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Melt butter with oil in a deep skillet and add diced pepper. Cook until tender and turn off heat. Add green onion, parsley and nuts and mix. Add this mixture to cooked rice and mix thoroughly. Correct seasoning.
Serve.
