BANANAS A L´ORANGE   
  Ingredients :
    5 bananas, not very ripe, for cooking
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup brown sugar
    Whole cinnamon sticks
    6 cloves
    ½ teaspoon vanilla

  Preparation:

Peel and cut each banana into 5 pieces. Place bananas in a buttered serving dish and add orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, clove and vanilla extract. Cover with aluminium foil and bake in the oven preheated to 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 minutes, approximately or until bananas are soft and still maintain their form.
