RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE   
  Ingredients :
    10 oz. (300 g) raspberries
    1/3 olive oil
    ¼ cup whipped cream
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Black Pepper

  Preparation:

Place raspberries in blender. Cover and puree berries. Strain through a fine sieve. Discard seeds. Set aside.

Place olive oil, whipping cream, vinegar, salt and pepper into a blender. Blend until combined. Blend in the raspberry puree.
