LENTILS WITH MACA
Ingredients :
1 lb 2 oz (500 g) cooked lentils
1 fresh yellow ají, seeded and deveined, finely chopped
2 loins of pork, cut in medium size pieces
Oil
5 taeaspoons Maca powder
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the meat. Once tender, remove the meat from the skillet and add the onion, garlic, and ají. Cook until tender. Return the pork to the skillet and stir in the lentils. Cook for a few minutes. Before removing it from the heat, stir in the Maca powder dissolved in a small amount of water.
