KIWICHA SOL   
  Ingredients :
    5 ½ oz (150 g) kiwicha
    1 lb 2 oz (1/2 k) oranges
    2 tablespoons arrowroot
    arrowroot¼ teaspoon vanilla

  Preparation:

Rinse the kiwicha, place it in a medium size pan with water and bring to a boil. Add orange juice and sugar. Stir and gradually add arrowroot to slightly thicken. Finally add vanilla extract and serve. This beverage is rich in proteins and is considered to be especially nutritious for children.
