KIWICHA COCKTAIL   
  Ingredients :
    2 oz gin
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 egg
    4 oz. jarabe de goma (sugar syrup)
    1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
    1 cup kiwicha toasted
    6 ice cubes
    Ground cinnamon

  Preparation:

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until the mixture is soft and smooth.
Serve and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
