PINEAPPLE SORBET
Ingredients :
1 large pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup sugar
Preparation:
Puree pineapple in the food processor. Add lemon juice and sugar and process to mix.
Freeze mixture in the ice cream maker and then transfer to an airtight container and harden in freezer.
If no ice cream maker is available, pour mixture in a rectangular mold and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and beat until creamy. Return to mold, cover and freeze until sorbet is hard.
