PASSION FRUIT AND PISCO COCKTAIL   
  Ingredients :
    Juice of 6 passion fruit
    ½ cup sugar, approximately
    ½ cup pisco
    Water
    Ice cubes

  Preparation:

Cut passion fruit, remove the pulp and place it in the blender.
Pulse blender 2 or 3 times until pulp separates from the seeds.
Strain juice, measure and add, approximately, the same amount of water. Add sugar, pisco and blend.
Serve with ice cubes.
