CREAM CHEESE WITH SPINACH AND GARLIC   
  Ingredients :
    8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
    7 oz (200 g) chopped spinach
    2 garlic cloves
    1 basil leaf, chopped
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 teaspoon oil

  Preparation:

Heat oil and fry garlic in a medium size skillet. Add spinach and basil and cook, stirring, until wilted. Blend mixture and return to skillet. Add cream cheese and stir to combine.

Pour preparation into a small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Pita bread toast or crackers.
