CAESAR SALAD WITH CHICKEN   
  Ingredients :
    6 oz ( 180 g) chicken breast, cooked, boned, skinned and chopped
    4 cups romaine lettuce, hand torn in big pieces
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
    4 tablespoons white vinegar
    3 tablespoons water
    3 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    Black pepper
    ¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard
    12 croutons, fat free bread, toasted
    2 garlic cloves, crushed

  Preparation:

Combine chicken, lettuce, and parmesan cheese in a medium size bowl. Toss lightly.

Mix vinegar, water, oil, lemon juice, pepper, mustard and crushed garlic. Add to lettuce. Mix well.

Sprinkle croutons on top.
