GREEN DRESSING FOR SALADS   
  Ingredients :
    4 green onions
    ¾ cup fresh parsley leaves
    ¾ cups vinegar
    1 cup oil
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in the blender and transfer to a jar until ready to use. Keep refrigerated.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
 
        Yield: Aproximately 3 cups
