QUICK BLENDER DRESSING FOR SALADS   
  Ingredients :
    1 ½ cup oil
    ½ cup white vinegar
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoons mustard
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    Pepper
    1 garlic clove
    Parmesan cheese, grated

  Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in the blender and transfer to a jar until ready for use. Keep refrigerated.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
 
        Yields: Approximately, 2 cups
