Salad: Brown bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp.
Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and place on paper towel to rain.
Combine spinach leaves, pear slices, onion, avocado nuts and bacon in a salad bowl.
Toss salad with half of dressing. Serve. Place remaining dressing in a small bowl.
