Season ribs with salt on both sides with salt and pepper. Place spareribs on the grill and brush with BBQ Sauce. Turn over and brush with the sauce. Cook until browned.

Basic BBQ Sauce: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add onion and garlic.
Cook, stirring for 5 minutes, stir in ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, ground chili, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cook, partially covered, for approximately 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Yields: Approximately 2 cups
