    SPINACH AND APPLE SALAD WITH ORANGE MAYONNAISE DRESSING     

   Ingredients :
 
4 cups fresh spinach leaves, cut in medium size pieces
2 apples, unpeeled, cored and sliced
½ cup chopped bacon, fried until crispy
½ - ¾ cup mayonnaise, well seasoned
¼ - 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
Salt
Pepper

   Preparation:

Combine spinach leaves with apple slices and bacon in a salad bowl. Combine mayonnaise with the necessary amount of orange juice and season.
Arrange spinach mixture on plates and drizzle over with dressing.
